Activities in the Arctic

Northern Norway has a proud tradition of fish and meat dishes, among the finest in the world. In February, enjoy Atlantic cod; in summer, taste fresh coley cooked right on the shore. Try reindeer stew in a Sami tent or lefse with butter, sugar, and brown cheese at a cozy café.
